Epic Fail - EOS Lip Balm

I picked up the EOS Lip Balm in Pomegranate Raspberry at Walgreens. On the ride back to my house I opened it up to smell it and this is what I found.

Ha ha, it looks so sad and depressing. The whole top half of the balm is stuck in the lid.

In case you forgot what they are supposed to look like, here is a pic next to my Blueberry one (which I've had for about a month and has become my favorite).

While I could still use this by rubbing my finger in it to apply, I'm going to return and get a new one. Come on, half the fun of EOS Lip Balms is the big dome application.
